Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating next-gen AI models into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust infrastructure for large-scale machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead R&D projects focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and senior architects alike.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams.
