Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-throughput inference and training.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate AI capabilities.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap for future AI iterations beyond 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and transformer models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts.
