Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define the technical vision for our machine learning pipelines, overseeing the migration from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize neural network models for production environments, focusing on latency reduction and inference efficiency.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data governance, and model deployment strategies.
