Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and deep learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Specialization: Proven track record in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
