Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, engineers, and product managersâto translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices and security protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Research emerging technologies to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks, NLP, and computer vision algorithms.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
