Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for Project 2026, focusing on natural language processing and predictive analytics.
- Mentor and guide a team of 5+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, security, and operations to define technical requirements.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
