Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge neural network models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize Model Performance: Implement advanced optimization techniques to improve inference speeds and reduce latency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for future AI product releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt to emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces.
