Key Objectives:
Designing the architectural backbone for our predictive intelligence platforms. Collaborating with global teams to solve complex problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Reduce model latency and increase throughput for real-time inference in high-traffic environments.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching novel approaches in Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- Cloud Integration: Manage deployment and infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
