Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Architect the technical vision for our Horizon 2026 initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at scale.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Model Architecture Design: Design and implement complex neural network architectures and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms and integrate them into our production ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning with experience deploying models to production.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams.
