Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) optimized for production environments.
- Define the technical strategy for the '2026 AI Vision', integrating multi-modal capabilities into existing pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Optimize inference latency and reduce costs associated with large-scale model serving.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
