Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of multimodal AI systems capable of processing text, image, video, and sensor data simultaneously.
- Design robust distributed training pipelines using Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure to handle petabyte-scale datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Pioneer novel algorithms in reinforcement learning to enhance decision-making processes in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing, training, and deploying deep learning models at scale.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English (professional written and verbal communication).
