Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design of neural networks and generative models to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, such as Edge Computing and Neuromorphic chips.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
