Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI architectures for products launching in 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models and Computer Vision systems.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into complex software ecosystems ensuring seamless performance and minimal latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
