Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead our technology roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical application, designing systems that are not only cutting-edge today but scalable for the technological landscape of 2026.
As a key member of our R&D division, you will define the architectural standards for our next-generation AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and ethical AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological ecosystem.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging AI technologies (e.g., AGI readiness, advanced NLP) into our core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
