As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will define the technical vision for our upcoming products, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Define best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to mitigate technical debt.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
