Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-scale AI systems for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, system reliability, and security standards.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architectural reviews to ensure robust system integrity.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to advise leadership on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI/ML systems, specifically targeting future-ready architectures.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
