Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models capable of handling high-throughput data streams in real-time environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI use cases, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible in 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI lab.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency and accuracy, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of performance.
- Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluating and integrating new frameworks and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
