Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural networks for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
