Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing our core platforms.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimization & Innovation: Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and best practices for responsible AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
