Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures tailored for next-gen predictive analytics and generative AI.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility, scalability, and ethical compliance.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies expected to gain traction in the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds to support real-time applications in high-latency environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals, including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in NLP and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
