Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure, focusing on long-term scalability and adaptability.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high performance and reduced latency.
- System Integration: Design robust MLOps pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous data governance and privacy protocols to meet industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
