Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design ML Systems: Lead the end-to-end design of complex machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers through architectural decisions and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards for bias, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Prototype and validate new technologies to prove their viability for enterprise integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Mastery: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying large-scale models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-impact, ambiguous engineering challenges.
