Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex deep learning architectures for large-scale NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for model optimization, ensuring high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Legal) to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, identifying and integrating new methodologies into the 2026 platform.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to streamline the model lifecycle from training to deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience building and deploying scalable ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
