Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., Neural Radiance Fields, Quantum Machine Learning) and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure AI models meet strict latency and accuracy requirements for enterprise-grade applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term AI development and ethical AI implementation.
