Job Description
We are building the autonomous intelligence systems of 2026. As a Senior AI Agent Architect at Nexus Horizon AI, you will lead the charge in designing multi-agent workflows, self-improving algorithms, and the next generation of human-AI collaboration tools. This is a rare opportunity to define the technical roadmap for a future-proof AI infrastructure.
Why Join Us?
- Future-First Technology: Work on Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration, and Autonomous Systems before they become standard.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus equity in a high-growth unicorn.
- Top-Tier Talent: Collaborate with PhDs and industry veterans from OpenAI and DeepMind.
We are looking for a builder who isn't just coding today, but architecting the solutions of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning, planning, and execution.
- LLM Orchestration: Implement and optimize frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT to manage state and context across distributed AI agents.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques for enterprise-grade performance.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop robust guardrails and ethical constraints to ensure AI behavior is safe, unbiased, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for AI system integration within our broader tech stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or AI Engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Frameworks: Deep experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
