Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy Autonomous Agentic Workflows capable of complex decision-making in real-time environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen LLMs and multimodal models optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Prioritize model interpretability, robustness, and fault tolerance in high-stakes scenarios.
- Contribute to open-source communities and publish research papers defining the future of AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
