Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable multi-agent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Develop orchestration layers that enable agents to communicate, collaborate, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost for high-volume agent deployments.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation protocols to ensure agent reliability and safety.
- Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and researchers on best practices for AI safety and deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM technologies (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama).
- Proven experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
