Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading technical architecture in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep interest in emerging technologies, including synthetic intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, and advanced robotics.
