Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in high-volume seasonal operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across assigned areas
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Operate seasonal equipment and follow established protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Participate in mandatory safety training and compliance checks
- Support event setup and breakdown during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (no prior visa required)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Team player with positive, service-oriented attitude
