Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise in compliance with safety protocols and inventory management systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts and verify stock accuracy using scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and shipping of orders with a focus on quality control.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the US and possess a valid H2B visa (or be in the process of sponsorship).
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Documentation: Must provide valid ID, work authorization, and social security number upon hire.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and understand safety labels and operational instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
