What You Will Do:
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move inventory.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo security and safety compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning warehouse management software.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for some roles).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Eligibility to work in the United States or the ability to obtain an H2B visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damaged packaging before shipment.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not always required for all roles).
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
