Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality control and report any damages immediately.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner and ensure dock areas are clear.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment for up to 9 months.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic English language proficiency required for safety instructions and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
