Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Safely package and prepare products for domestic and international shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counting, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets regulatory and company specifications.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one for the 2026 season.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
