Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.
- Assist with event setups, decoration, and execution for weddings and corporate gatherings.
- Process reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and resort policies during your shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the service industry is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
