Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using property management systems.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities.
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, and common areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or require H2B Visa sponsorship.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must be available to start in May 2026 and work through September 2026.
- Valid government-issued identification required for visa processing.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
