Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Execute daily operational tasks including packing, sorting, and staging shipments with precision and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess or be able to obtain an H2B visa.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
