Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Operate landscaping machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Clear debris and maintain a clean, organized work site.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for an H2B visa (or currently hold one).
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety and communication.
