Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
- Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees while maintaining garden bed aesthetics.
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers, safely and efficiently.
- Clear debris, leaves, and trash from designated areas to ensure clean properties.
- Assist in seasonal snow removal and ice management when required.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors regarding daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (US work authorization is required).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record preferred.
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or general groundskeeping is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full-time hours for the duration of the 2026 season (approx. 9 months).
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
