Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in resort common areas and event venues
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to resort standards
- Support food service operations during peak dining hours
- Operate resort equipment (e.g., golf carts, cleaning machinery)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Attend mandatory seasonal training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Must arrive in St. Petersburg by October 15, 2023
