Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and equipment placement.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and dress codes at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (or have existing H2B status).
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip area.
