Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities (pool, beach, lobby)
- Assist with event setup and tear-down for seasonal activities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest facilities
- Support concierge team with guest inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and resort standards
- Participate in seasonal training programs
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must be available for entire seasonal period (June-September)
