Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
- Assist in food preparation and plating according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables throughout the shift.
- Cash out guests and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work under H2B visa sponsorship.
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid state ID or passport.
