Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, workstations, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems.
- Adhere to all company policies and federal labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with guests and staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or seasonal labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of authorization to work in the US.
