Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Assist in food preparation and service according to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess a valid H2B visa or be eligible for sponsorship (No third-party agencies).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
