Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and guest facilities
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments according to resort standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to all safety protocols
- Support special events and seasonal promotions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- English proficiency (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system experience
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
