Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to international and domestic guests with a focus on warmth and professionalism.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation, service, and table maintenance during peak summer hours.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, banquet halls, and resort facilities.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Support special events, festivals, and seasonal promotions throughout the summer of 2026.
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility to work in the United States (H2B visa sponsorship provided).
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by the season.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
