Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all guest areas and back-of-house operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations during peak season
- Process guest requests and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service quality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Support special events and seasonal promotions as needed
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2B Visa status for 2026 season
- Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
