Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Maintain cleanliness standards across dining and event spaces
- Assist with inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Collaborate with diverse teams during high-volume events and festivals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local regulations
- Support seasonal staffing during Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest periods
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- Must be available for full seasonal duration
