Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required.
