Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Manage inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or possess a valid visa suitable for EB3 sponsorship.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
